EDUCATION
Rafael has been practicing as a lawyer for over 20 years in the field of dispute resolution, handling lawsuits, administrative proceedings, and arbitrations, as well as dedicating himself to advisory work in civil, contractual, and consumer law, with a special focus on litigation prevention.
He is a member of the Associação dos Advogados de São Paulo and the Comitê Brasileiro de Arbitragem – CBAr.
