- Advised various companies across different sectors on the structuring and implementation of their long-term incentive plans, whether through Stock Option Plans or other applicable structures in line with the characteristics and strategies of these companies.
- Coordinated the adaptation projects of several companies to the General Data Protection Law (LGPD), including the analysis and mapping of personal data and data sharing flows, the implementation of appropriate governance policies and structures, and training.
- Advised numerous companies on the analysis and negotiation of strategic contracts, acting as in-house counsel or in partnership with the internal legal teams of their clients.
- Participated in several complex and strategic corporate restructurings.

EDUCATION
Paola has been working for over 25 years in corporate law, corporate contracts, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and long-term incentives. For approximately the last 5 years, Paola has also dedicated herself to the area of personal data protection.
Paola was responsible for the corporate legal department of a publicly traded Brazilian company for almost 10 years. She worked in the Primary Markets area of Standard New York Securities, Inc. (Standard Bank Group) in Miami, FL/New York, NY from June 2001 to April 2004, and also served as a visiting attorney from October 1999 to July 2000 at the law firm Ruden, McClosky, Smith, Schuster & Russel in Miami, FL.
Paola also provides legal advice to various national and international companies on matters related to intellectual property and data protection.
