He has participated in the execution and implementation of various transactions involving private investments, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate restructurings, with notable advisory roles for foreign companies and private equity funds, as both buyers and sellers. He is especially experienced in transactions related to the healthcare sector and is constantly involved in market consolidation strategies.
