  • Advised DNA Capital on a R$1 billion investment to acquire a minority stake in Inspirali, the arm of Ânima Educação responsible for developing all fronts of medical education.
  • Advised the founding partners of Hospital Porto Dias on the transfer of 70% of Grupo Porto Dias to Hospital Mater Dei, as well as on the acquisition of a significant minority stake in the share capital of Hospital Mater Dei.
  • Advised the shareholders of Grupo Neves on the transfer of control of Hospital Nossa Senhora das Neves to Rede D’Or São Luiz.

He is especially experienced in transactions related to the healthcare sector and is constantly involved in market consolidation strategies.
