- Advised MUFG, Mizuho, SMBC, and NEXI in the context of the judicial recovery process filed by Samarco Mineração S.A.
- Assisted Highline do Brasil in the acquisition of certain assets owned by the Oi Group within the scope of its judicial recovery process.
- Advised an ad hoc group of bondholders in the context of the judicial recovery of the Tonon Group, subsequently converted into bankruptcy.
