Debora has more than fifteen years of experience in a broad range of real estate transactions, including: drafting and negotiation of typical contracts of the real estate sector, such as purchase and sale, exchange, typical and non-typical leases, built-to-suit projects, sale and leaseback, construction, surface right and collaterals; coordinating real estate due diligences; conducting regularizations before Real Estate Registry Offices, Municipalities and other related bodies; preparing legal opinions; conducting administrative procedures for rectification of registration and adverse possession; structuring real estate developments (incorporação imobiliária) and condominiums, including time-sharing (multipropriedade). Debora has deep knowledge of contractual and registration matters and, over the last years, has taken part in complex projects involving the acquisition and development of real estate ventures across a wide range of sectors, including commercial, corporate, logistics and industrial properties, shopping centers and retail, data centers, and residential and mixed-use condominiums. Her practice combines technical rigor with a strategic outlook, with a strong emphasis on structuring complex transactions and advising institutional and foreign investors.
