EDUCATION
Debora has been working for over ten years in various real estate transactions, including drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, exchanges, leases, built-to-suit, sale and leaseback, construction, surface rights, and real estate guarantees; coordinating audits; urban law issues; real estate regularizations with Real Estate Registries, City Halls, and related agencies; drafting legal opinions; conducting administrative procedures for area rectification and adverse possession; structuring real estate developments and condominiums, including fractional ownership. She has profound knowledge of contractual and registry matters and has participated in recent years in complex projects involving the acquisition and development of significant real estate ventures in São Paulo and other locations in the country.
