Advises TIC Trens on the structuring, drafting and negotiation of EPC contracts for civil works, trains and systems, essential to the implementation of the Intercity Train (TIC) Eixo Norte, an express service that will connect São Paulo to Campinas, and the Intermetropolitan Train (TIM), which will connect Campinas to Jundiaí. It is also involved in contracts related to the concession of Line 7-Rubi, currently operated by CPTM, covering the connection between Jundiaí and the São Paulo capital, as well as the contract for the operation and maintenance of these services.
Advises Engie on drafting, reviewing and negotiating strategic instruments, including memorandums of understanding, terms of commitment, EPC contracts and supply contracts, for its participation in ANEEL's transmission auctions. Acted in the negotiation of contracts for the implementation of Lot 1 of ANEEL Auction 02/2024, the last lot won by Engie.
Advised Agric, a subsidiary of the Energisa Group, on the development of a biogas and biomethane plant in Santa Catarina. The work involved drafting and negotiating memorandums of understanding and strategic contracts to enable the execution of systems, supplies and services essential to the implementation of the project.
Advised Vale on the preparation and negotiation of a strategic contract for the implementation of an intermodal terminal in Congonhas, Minas Gerais, for iron ore handling logistics.
Advised Warrington, an affiliate of GIC (Singapore's sovereign wealth fund), on the acquisition of a 50% stake in Neoenergia Transmissora, which owns eight power transmission assets totaling 1,900 km of transmission lines. The work also included the negotiation of a framework agreement for joint participation in future transmission auctions in Brazil.
