EDUCATION
Alessandra works on corporate law, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and public tender offers, with a focus on advising public companies. She has extensive experience in meeting regulatory requirements of the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) and B3 S.A. – Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão (B3), as well as representing companies, directors, and investors in administrative proceedings before the CVM and the National Financial System Appeals Council (CRSFM).
