Our Regulated Sectors team is made up of lawyers with recognized experience and knowledge regarding the regulatory aspects of the main Brazilian economic sectors, mainly for infrastructure sectors, which contributes for the quality of the projects developed regarding corporate and financial operations in which we are involved.

Our team has a solid track-record of acting in the coordination of discussions and procedures regarding the main regulatory agencies, such as ANEEL, ANP, ANATEL, ANM, ANTT, ANTAQ, ANAC, ANA, ANVISA, ANS, along with other State and Municipal regulation agencies, and in sectors and activities that are regulated by entities of the Government´s direct administration, such as the Ministry of Education and public security entities.
