Our team has extensive experience in structuring long-term, medium-term, and short-term incentive plans with the aim of attracting and retaining key professionals while aligning the interests of shareholders and company employees.


Among the services we provide, we assist our clients in the analysis, definition of the appropriate model, and development of Stock Option Plans, Phantom Shares Plans, Restricted Stock Plans, Matching Plans, partnership structuring, creation of Profit Sharing Plans or Programs, design of bonus and award programs, and more. We also analyze the tax, social security, labor, and corporate law implications of each plan.


The Executive Compensation department works in close coordination with the corporate, listed companies, labor, and tax areas, providing comprehensive and interdisciplinary support to our clients.
