Text that deals with the taxation of Offshores and Trusts is approved by the Joint Committee of Congress

After unexpected movement, the rules that intend to change the taxation regime, for income tax (IR), of entities abroad (Offshores) controlled by individuals and Trusts were approved by the Joint Committee of Congress. The text must be converted into law by August 28th, under penalty of loss of effectiveness.
