STF dismisses request in ADPF 1056 and recognizes the validity of the cancellation of real estate registration of rural properties by General Inspectors of Justice

The Federal Supreme Court, in a session held on 11/24/2023, dismissed the request formulated in ADP 1056, and recognized the validity of the provisions of Federal Law No. 6,739/1979 that attribute to the General Inspectors of Justice and the Federal Judges have the authority to declare the non-existence and cancel the registration of rural properties.
