STF decides to end mandatory union contributions

The Federal Supreme Court (“STF”) concluded today the vote on the Direct Action of Unconstitutionality (“ADI”) No. 5794, on the end of the mandatory union contribution introduced by Law No. 13,467/2017, responsible for labor reform (“Labor Reform ”).
