State of São Paulo establishes new Special ICMS Installment Program

On 11/14/2015, Decree nº 61,625 was published, which establishes the Special Program of

Installment of ICMS in the State of São Paulo (“PEP”) for the payment of ICMS debts

relating to triggering events occurring up to 12/31/2014, constituted or not, registered or not in

active debt, including lawsuits.
