Rio de Janeiro: comments on the municipal complementary law that changes urban aspects

On July 28, 2020, the Rio de Janeiro City Council approved complementary bill no. 174 ("PLC 174/2020"), which began to be referred to in the press as "Puxadinho". The aforementioned project aimed to promote changes to the urban planning procedures currently adopted in the city of Rio de Janeiro.
