Published the Provisional Measure that deals with procedures related to the Emergency Benefit and extends the effective date of the General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD)

On April 29, 2020, Provisional Measure No. 959 ("MP 959/2020") was published, which establishes the procedures for paying the Monthly Emergency Benefit ("Emergency Benefit") and extends the effective date of Law No. 13,709 , of August 14, 2018, known as the General Personal Data Protection Law ("LGPD").
