Published Law 14,437 that makes labor rules more flexible in case of public calamity

Published this Tuesday (16) Law No. 14,437/2022, derived from Provisional Measure No. 1,109/2022, which authorizes the Federal Executive Branch to adopt, in situations of public calamity, alternative labor measures, establishing the possibility of teleworking, anticipation of individual vacations, granting of collective vacations, use and anticipation of holidays, time bank and suspension of the requirement for FGTS payments.
