Provisional Measure nº 808/2017 loses its effectiveness and ceases to be in force from today

Provisional Measure No. 808/2017 (“MP 808”), which significantly changed some provisions of Law No. 13,467/2017, which approved the labor reform, loses its effectiveness from today, considering that it was not put to a vote by the Chamber for conversion into law.
