PIS and COFINS credit on LGPD expenses authorized

In a recent decision, the Federal Regional Court of the 2nd Region ("TRF 2") authorized a digital payment solutions company to deduct PIS and COFINS credits on expenses incurred with implementation and compliance with obligations arising from the Law General Data Protection ("LGPD" - Law nº 13,709/2018).
