On January 1, 2021, the new arbitration regulations of the International Chamber of Commerce - ICC ("New Regulations") came into force, replacing the previous rules, which have been in force since 2017. In general, the changes are aimed at greater efficiency, flexibility and transparency, reflecting practices that were already consolidated, adapting the regulation to the new digital reality.
