New ANP resolution addresses production of oil and natural gas derivatives

Resolution No. 852 of the National Agency for Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels – ANP (“Resolution No. 852/2021”) was published on Friday (24), regulating the production activity of oil and natural gas derivatives. The rule will come into force on October 1, 2021.
