ANEEL Normative Resolution No. 766/2017 ("REN 766") was published on April 28, 2017, which regulates the constitution of guarantees by concessionaires, permission holders and authorized generation, transmission and distribution of electrical energy, revoking Normative Resolution No. 532/2013, which dealt with the topic.
