The Ministry of Infrastructure (“MINFRA”) published last Friday, 10/15/2021, Ordinance No. 131/2021 (“MINFRA Ordinance”) regulating the administrative processes for requesting the operation of railways through authorization, established by Provisional Measure nº 1,065/2021 (“MP nº 1,065/2021”).
