Ministry of Infrastructure publishes Ordinance that provides for federal highways: criteria for delegation and procedures for transfer and reversal of assets

Published MINFRA Ordinance No. 929/2022, which establishes the criteria for alienation through donation and for the celebration of agreements for the delegation of federal highways with the States, Municipalities and the Federal District, as well as establishing procedures for the preparation of terms listing and transfer and for the reversion of federal highway assets.
