Bill No. 4,188/2021, known as Marco Legal das Garantias, was sanctioned by the President of the Republic on 10/30/2023, and converted into Federal Law No. 14,711/2023. In addition to other innovations and modifications, it brings changes to the legal regime of real estate guarantees – fiduciary property and mortgage.
