Federal Government publishes law that allows the commercialization of carbon credits within the scope of forestry concessions

Federal Law No. 14,590 was published, amending and adding provisions to the Forestry Concessions Law to allow the exploration of other non-timber environmental activities and the commercialization of carbon credits as an object of forestry concessions held in the country.
