Regulating the provisions of the new Law on Bidding and Administrative Contracts, Federal Decree No. 11,430/2023 provides for the requirement for a minimum percentage of the workforce made up of women victims of domestic violence in public contracts and on the development of gender equity actions such as tiebreaker criteria in bidding.
