CVM sets date for disclosing administrators’ remuneration

This Wednesday (13), the Superintendency of Corporate Relations of the Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM), through Circular Letter No. 4/2018/CVM/SEP (Circular Letter SEP 04/2018), determined the resubmission of the reference form for public and foreign companies to include the maximum, average and minimum amounts paid as administrators' remuneration until Monday, June 25th.
