The Securities and Exchange Commission ("CVM") published this Monday (20) Guidance Opinion No. 39 ("Opinion 39"), with guidelines and procedures for the publication of summarized financial statements - considering the new wording of art. . 289 of Law no. 6,404, of 1976 ("SA Law"), which comes into force on January 1, 2022.
