CNPE defines guidelines for opening and transition of the natural gas market

Resolution No. 03, of April 7, 2022 (“CNPE Resolution 03/2022”) of the National Energy Policy Council (“CNPE”), was approved by the President of the Republic and published on May 3, 2022, which established new strategic guidelines for the design of the natural gas market in Brazil, as well as the improvement of energy policies related to the promotion of free competition.
