CGJ-SP suspends the operation of Notary and Registration Services units in the State of São Paulo to prevent the COVID-19 pandemic

Last Sunday, 03/22/2020, the General Inspectorate of Justice of the State of São Paulo published CG Provision No. 08/2020, through which it authorized the immediate suspension of the operations of extrajudicial records and notes units, such as preventive measure in relation to COVID-19. Said Provision is in line with what the National Council of Justice established in Provision No. 91, of 03/22/2020.
