CADE draws attention to the formation of consortia and other forms of partnerships in bidding

Last Wednesday (05/12/2022), the Court of the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (“CADE”) once again analyzed the constitution of a consortium in the telecommunications sector to participate in public bidding and concluded by condemning the consortium companies. This case began to be judged by CADE in February and, last Wednesday, resulted in a unanimous decision to condemn the three companies investigated.
