The National Land Transport Agency (“ANTT”) published yesterday (26/05/2022) publicity for Public Hearing No. 4/2022 (“AP No. 4/2022”), to receive contributions to the draft Contract of Adhesion that will be used in the formalization of authorizations for the exploration of railways within the scope of Federal Law no. 14,273/2021, and Public Hearing no. 5/2022 (“AP no. 5/2022”), aimed at obtaining contributions to the regulation of the procedure for requesting authorization to operate new railways.
