As provided for by the Circular Letter 3,062 of the Brazilian Central Bank (Banco Central do Brasil– “BCB”), as of June 25th, 2012 (“Circular Letter BCB 3,602”), and by Circular Letter 3,603 of BCB, as of June 27th, 2013 (“Circular Letter 3,603”), until August 17th, 2015, the Central Bank of Brazil will conduct the 2015 Annual Foreign Capital Census– Year Base 2014 (Censo Anual de Capitais Estrangeiros no País 2015– Ano Base 2014– “Annual Foreign Capital Census”).
