ANEEL publishes Normative Resolution No. 1,065 /2023, which establishes requirements and procedures for the amnesty and regularization of generation grants and Transmission System Use Contracts signed by generators, allowing, if certain requirements are met, the revocation of grants and termination of CUSTs without the application of penalties as well such as the regularization of grants.
