AGU and Ministry of Finance open public consultation prior to issuing an ordinance on the use of court orders for the payment of grants

The AGU public consultation will be open until 06/24/2023 and deals with a draft interministerial ordinance that will regulate the use of court orders in the cases provided for in art. 100, § 11, of the Federal Constitution.
