Henrique has been working for over 20 years in capital markets, structured finance, corporate transactions and securitization, including several cross-border transactions.

Henrique was an international associate at Mayer Brown LLP in Chicago.

  • Master of Laws Degree (latu sensu) in Contractual Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP).

  • Master of Laws Degree (LL.M.) from Durham University Law School (England).

  • COPEL – Advised Companhia Paranaense de Energia - Copel in its privatization process, which included a public offering of shares (follow on) in the amount of R$ 5,2 billion.

  • ENEVA – Advised Eneva S.A. in the public offering with restricted efforts of secondary distribution of common shares (follow on), in the total amount of R$ 4.2 billion.

  • VIVEO – Advised the underwriters in the public offering with restricted efforts of primary and secondary distribution of common shares (IPO), in the amount of R$1.9 billion and also in its follow-on offering, in the amount of, approximately, R$ 1.2 billion.

  • AERIS - Advised Aeris Indústria e Comércio de Equipamentos para Geração de Energia S.A. in its initial public offering (IPO) held in Brazil and abroad, in the total amount of approximately R$ 981 million.

  • CBA – Advised the underwriters in the public offering for the primary distribution of common shares (IPO), in the amount of R$ 1.4 billion.

  • HAPVIDA – Advised the underwriters in the public offering of distribution of debentures issued by Hapvida Participações e Investimentos S.A., in the amount of R$2.5 billion, as well as in it follow-on offering in the amount of R$ 1 billion.
