Promoting actions focused on the inclusion of people with disabilities, ensuring accessibility, visibility, and equal career development opportunities.

Promote actions for ethnic-racial equity, focusing on: (i) attraction, employability, development opportunities, and professional advancement; and (ii) racial literacy and daily and continuous understanding, through spaces of sensitivity and permanent awareness.
