In this regard, we have assisted them to participate of Manifestation of Interest Procedures (aiding on the legal structuring of projects and draft of reference terms, contracts, and other relevant instruments), monitor and representation in public hearings and consultations, participate of bidding procedures and, after the bidding, comply with all the necessary requirements for the execution of the respective contracts.
